In other news my friend liz months ago posted a note saying “The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me.”. I was one of those five people and as a result she made me some delicious Jams and I’ve really enjoyed them. But part of the deal was that I would have to do the same thing.

So the first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me. I don’t know what it will be yet and I’m not sure how long it will take but it will get done. Everyone is free to respond I dont need to know you.

Here is a random shot from the summer. Clay (the gentleman in this shot) is moving to Mexico with his girlfriend (my close friend Emily) in a week or so. So here is to you clay!

I have to go to work in the morning. It has been awhile. Anyhow I was just going through some images tonight. I stitched a panorama together of the grand canyon. It’s 18 images and the final image is 26000 by 4000 pixels! At 300 dpi I can make a 10 foot wide print with it. While photoshop was overloading putting all these images together I was going through lightroom and rediscovering old images and thinking about how poorly I used to do raw conversions so I redid one.

If there are any problems on here with the rss feed and what not that might take the weekend to troubleshoot, but so far there haven’t been any problems. So I’ve started shooting with my medium format camera a lot more. I really like the 645 format. Too bad all I have is a shitty flatbed scanner for scanning 120 or 220. gallery is behind image as usual.

I’m in Vienna. Severin has been kind enough to let me crash at his place. He has a computer that can process raws so I dug through my hard drive and pulled up some random portraits.
