I used to get a lot of good shots out of a 36 exposure roll of velvia. The following were taken while I was 16. On my first slr, when it was still working. I dont know if my preference is driven by nostalgia but after the last 6 years of experimenting with formats and digital and all kinds of different films. I’d be content with that old contax and a 100 iso roll of velvia. Although I think I would prefer a proper film advancing mechanism. Either way there is something about the tones of slide film. But then again I’m feeling nostalgic. Got to get to bed, big day tomorrow I’m shooting vegitables!
